I have been in the deck design business designing decks, pergolas, patio covers, gazebos and more for over 30 years. I use a very high powered CAD program to offer you 3D visual renderings and complete architectural drawings.

I design these projects my self and can give you personalized attention to customize and design your project to your design criteria including your personal style and input.

I will help guide you through the process of the design phase to make it simple for you, or your contractor to easily navigate your local Building Department's permitting process.

BASIC - $275.00
This package is for conceptual design and working through the design process. It includes 3D project renderings and a floor plan with dimensions. It also includes (2) revisions at no additional charge to help you nail down a design that works for you and usually works well for HOA submittals and approval.

TECHNICAL - $550.00
This package includes all that the "Basic" Design has to offer plus all the framing plans, elevations and construction details needed to apply and submit to your building department for permit approval. It also includes (2) revisions at no additional charge in the event your plans examiner at the building dept. requires more detail or other information.

ENGINEERED - $1375.00
(PRICE GUARANTEED IN COLORADO & TEXAS ONLY)
This package is quite simply the "Technical" Design package with the guaranteed approval, seal, and digital signature of our engineering partner. This package also includes any and all revisions or additional details needed for approval by our engineer at no additional charge.

ADD-ON’S - $200.00
This is the additional cost added to our “Technical & Engineered products for a any additional design elements such as upper level decks, patio covers, pergolas, or any other structure that is to be included in the project
